Hi everyone, long time lurker here. I picked up a 2017 Q7 Prestige over the weekend and love the thing (5th Audi)!

I was wondering if anyone has had trouble with the RSE unit being stuck in the android-system-update-loop-of-doom? One of them updated fine, the other is stuck. Dealer is asking me to bring the entire car in to diagnose when all I really need for them to tell me how to boot into recovery mode. I tried all manner of button combinations that usually boots into recovery mode but nothing works, it just forces a hard reboot. I've tried draining the battery, fully charging the battery, disconnecting the battery. Those don't work either.

If anyone has experience with this, I would appreciate the help. Thanks!
