I need some service done on my 99.5 1.8t A4 Avant. I had an independent in the Bay Area but his business manager is being a numbskull and I don't want to do deal with them.
I live and work very close to 2Bennett. Anyone ever used them before? I'm looking to have my timing belt tensioner/belts/rollers/water pump done on my 1.8t A4.
I've heard they can be a little disorganized and slow but do they do good work?

They did my MC1 swap back in '99, still running great. They've also done various custom jobs for my ride over the years too.

They insisted on using OE glass.
Then pre-ordered it before I committed to do the job and complained I needed to do it
They screwed it up so bad the VIN numbers are obscured, and I ended up having to seal off some sections with sealant myself.
When I redid the cowling I discovered great globs of sealant around the edge, really sloppy.
All I can think is that must have been a new hire, or sub-contracted.
