Default Don't know Adify personally, but they seem positioned well (I work in related space)

The Adify *** purchase is an announced done deal, although not closed yet.

Adify is in a good market position - so called white label ad networks. Good for the career as advertising will continue to be the key way the Internet monetizes. And *** is a pretty smart company from my experience (they own cable systems, newspapers, TV and radio stations).

I don't know anything about Adify as a place to work (which to my mind trumps all).

Two things to consider.

The Adify *** deal is done, plus *** is private, so no stock upside in working there. On the other hand, probably more secure/stable than a start up.

Also, *** is HQ'd in Atlanta, so I'd make sure a move is not in the cards.

More on the deal here - http://www.paidcontent.org/entry/419-online-ad-network-adify-sold-to-***-communications-for-300-million-plus/

Default thx for the insight, exactly what i was looking for.

yes, i see that the upside isn't there, and the position is related to sales, but slightly outside of it, but we'll see their flexibility there in that I am definitely looking for a sales/biz dev position where there'd be quota and thereby upside.

Also, I'm prone to entrepreneurial opportunities, and the purchase, as you say by *** and it being a done deal, only leads to a better base salary rather than much larger upside in stock, etc;

In any case, thanks for the feedback!
