Default I'd agree with that.

I don't know too much about the building construction details, but I was also disappointed by the options at their asking price point.

Anyway, thanks again for the offer of help- much appreciated.

Default Thanks Frank. We'd definitely love to talk to you too once we figure out what we want to do.

On a side note, were you ever a Re/Max agent?

Default Not done, but ya..had 3 different parties recommend her, but once you said she's good, being more or

less unaffiliated with her on the personal level, I had to say YES to Azita.

Yo Inquisitor, if you go with Azita, tell her I highly recommended you too...and that would be hilarious because that would be two recommendations we've given each other and we haven't even met..haha.

Default Lol!

That would be funny. Life in the internet age.

I can't make the Buca get-together, but I still hold out hope that one day I'll meet you, wnut, and some of the other people here. Finding out Leonard was on here was a complete fluke.

Default Completely agree. To say the least, I was expecting better than contractor grade for the price.

If the economy takes a dump and stores start to struggle, the "neighborhood" will be far less valuable than it was. Might be a good short term investment, but past 5 years...hard to say.

For the price, I think my parents should have sold some other stuff and moved to a more established community like Los Gatos, Saratoga, Atherton, or maybe Woodside to name a few.

But what do I know? I'm starting to wonder if Rivermark was a good investment. Hopefully the school will help.
