Anyone know Bernard Grosser? I bought my 01 A4 from him and he was good to work with.

He was at Royal Motors back then. I'm looking to buy a new A4 and want to find out if he's still in the Bay Area. Thanks.

and Stevens Creek wasn't too happy about trading it to Livermore, which could have caused grief for the Livermore salesman. Still, when the car was delivered from Stevens Creek, there was junk food wrappers in the middle arm rest compartment.
It took two consecutive 6 hour days to get the car in my name. The finance manager was as difficult to deal with as the salesman. Once we got to the finance side, it was as if the whole buying process started from scratch from the previous day. At one point I said "do you want to sell a car or keep them on the lot?" I had everything laid out for them, credit union pre-approval, insurance, 1/3 deposit on credit union drafted check.
Have to say, Mike in the service department can be hard as nails, but has never given any reason to question them. The service end is excellent.
