I would like to live there....I looked at some apartments that sucked ***, but
if you can get in on one of the houses...do it. They are pretty nice. Plus...think how easy it would be to park there

I live next door (next to the marina gate)
Presidio is nice but has 2 flaws.
1. Fairly restrictive rules (pets parking etc.)
2. They adjust pricing rarely so at times it can be more expensive than the rest of the rental market (which is relatively low right now).

actually, friends who looked at living there hated the parking situation....
in the development areas (townhouses), apparently the parking regulations were really tough and forced visitors to park unreasonable distances away. they decided to move to Marina 'hood. not sure of this applies to every residential option inthe Pres., though.
