Bad experience with Sacramento Audi Dealership
#42
I've always put in the stock ECU before going in. The other mods such as the
710Ns, black Samco TBB, and the Audi Collection exhaust stay in. Never any service problems for over two years- I just went in for my last "freebie" (i.e. 50k service). Now the next two years is warranty work w/ a $50 deductible. The exact reason why I wanted a CPO car to begin with...

Re: Well it sounds like you should have gotten it done during warranty then. Audi has changed many
It's not completely true that they no longer have leverage. They do. I was the main Audi Brand Specialist at Lithia in Reno for years before they lost all interest in Audi. Kay Pena, the best service writer in the business, who also blew out of there, and I worked closely with the district service rep to make sure customers were satisfied. The district guy was very generous, but it had to be made clear to him what was needed. The writers and service managers do have leverage, and if they have the inclination, can get things like that, and another post I read, I think from Palo Alto, handled. Audi corporate wants NO unhappy customers. It's some dealers that don't care
