They pull over people for window tints. It makes it diffucult to see the fridge on the freeway

Then they wait after car shows to ticket for non CARB items since an illegal air air filter might make the engine suck in the paint spilling off a pickup and affect engine emissions, bad for California air.

AAA called the CHP out, as I was in a dangerous spot on the freeway. 3 CHP drove by, none stopped.
