Door dings removal group discount avail! Anyone interested?
Anyone interested in a "group buy" / meet for dent removal?
I know a guy that does a good job (had him do two of my cars already) and he is willing to give us a group discount. We just need to set the date and have at least 5 people show up.
So anyways, I'm having him come out to fix a couple of dents on my car. If anyone wants to come by and have their dents taken out also, let me know.
Here is the pricing:
For 5 cars-
1st dent : $50
Each additional dent : $20-30
If 10+ cars go, the pricing goes down a little.
Tentatively, the date is going to be Saturday 1/31/04
It is going to be at BlackTrax in Milpitas.
(I will provide directions for anyone interested.)
I just wanted to let you guys know incase anyone needs to have some door dings taken out.

I've got a very small ding on the back.
I echo the other question though:
I have one scratch, and a stone chip that needs touch-up paint & clearcoat (I have the Audi touch-up kit for my color). And a couple of minor scratches that just need buffing.

Dent repair guys usually don't do scratches...just dents
There are special guys that can do bumpers for $300. We use to use them at Autos Wholesale when I worked with them. I have two guys for dent repair I have used. Tony at Dent Pro in the mid-Peninsula area...and another guy over in Fremont (forget his name right this second)

Or do you need directions?
Unfortunately, he only deals with dent removal.
BTW- do you or anyone know where I can get touch up paint for Pearl White? I called the dealerships around the South Bay and also a couple up on the Penninsula, but no one seems to have it or can get it for Pearl White.

I know they have a vast range of color touch-up kits there. Take the Maintanence book from your owners manual binder, on the front inside cover is a list of all the paint and detail codes.
Look at the big font, 5 lines or so down, for example: NY7W/NY7W
Ask them for the touch-up kit with matching codes.
