Default Looks like you don't need anymore suggestions. JWine is great for the bubbles.

For organic and whatnot Preston in Headsburg is great. I dated someone there for awhile.

Default holy overwhelming list....

I'd recommend the following:
- Bella
- Michel-Schlumberger
- MacPhail Family Wines (not on your list - great pinot noir and they are not usually open to the public w/o an appointment - www.macphailwine.com)
- Dutton Goldfield
- Siduri/Novy

I'll be stopping by MacPhail, Siduri, and Dutton Goldfield Saturday.
