Jim,

I have used them for years on many 'higher' end cars including, most recently, a complete front end rebuild on my old 2003 A4 Cab. Paul really takes care of you and they make sure that all of your concerns.needs are met. They are REAL artists and are very proud of their work! Ask to see some of their Pebble Beach Show cars. They are the ONLY body shop that I will use and refer many friends there.

Default yes they are good and did the work on my S's front end.

Sorry to hear about your car, make sure the radiator and the cooling pipes are not damage.

Be glad it's not a dual penetration ! !

Default I'm afraid to open the hood. I'll let the body shop guys do that...

I'm hoping that it's not too bad with the condensor or the radiator. The engine runs fine and there's no leaks so far.

Default I don't recommend going with an insurance "network" shop....

Network shops usually give hidden discounts to the insurance companies, therefore they have too much incentive to take shortcuts.
