HELP! speeding ticket e/b I 80 Davis area

Got a ticket last Wednesday for going 80 in a 65.. I know LAME! anyway it was for CVC 22349, "exceeding maximum posted speed limit". What can be done besides doing throught the mail first? TIA

What's odd is that I drive as crazy if not crazier but I haven't been pulled over once in the DOLPHIN! Whoo whooooo.

Are you eligible for traffic school? If not, then you're kinda out of luck cuz the traffic judge in Yolo County is MEAN. Or you could fight it through written declaration. Chances are that the cop will be less likely to do anything cuz it just means more paperwork for him.

spend time on writing the judge a long description of the incident. Heck, he only gets paid if he arrives in court.

Everybody I know got a ticket or more in CA recently They sent you license fee refund check and they want some more back. I got a ticket of 80 mph in a 65 mile zone although i was driving exactly 70mph. What story should I write on the declaration
