Right on! I've used this method once before and my case was dismissed!

My dad is fighting his ticket thru written declaration right now, so hopefully he beats the system too! Good luck.

HAH! Look who's talking.

BTW, that run in we had the first time...the guy in my passenger seat was a member from my website TriplePlate.com in Cali for US Olympic Ski Team training (he's a coach for the women's team) and our run-in made his day!

I had to keep reiterating that what we had that day NEVER happens in Berkeley. You rarely find anyone at a stoplight who even glances over, and on the day he visits two enthusiasts run into one another and actually go somewhere to drag. Bwahaha. Too funny.
