not trying to be negative Richard. just realistic when it comes to coordinating this
many people and getting them to put their money where their mouth is. I can guarantee anyone you will have a fvcking blast! I can't begin to explain how fun it is. I'll do anything I can to convince people and back you up if you want to take on the organization.
I was just suggesting to at least get prices for smaller scale or 1/2 day and without all the bells and whistles.
