Default No problems here Brooks. Yes this is just a dream. But if it comes true. It would be fantastic!

I'm waiting to hear from Kevin again.
Not sure if a "1/2 day" is an option, or for that matter it'd be "1/2" the cost.

Given he is a sales guy, the $12,500 is the text book rate. If we don't book an event thats $12,500 they won't have. I'm sure it can be negotiated given some unique scenerios.

I'm still game!

Again, spreading the word through other enthusiast crowds 40 shouldn't be "that" unrealistic. The Auto-X crowd to add to the list.

"I have a dream....." 8-)

Default hear ya. just mentioning a possible option since price was brought up.

At ~$300 though for a full day, everything provided, I may be interested.

ReyHey - Is there any instruction/etc provided, or is it just "here's your suit, gloves, helmet, kart. go at it"?

Default they definitely provide instruction..they will take u through a couple

pracitce sessions to familiarize you with the karts. Most likely they will even continue to provide instruction throughout the day. usually have 1 or 2 instructors at various places on the course who take notes and then go over them after each lapping session.

Default Safety is Key. Yes, fully instructed start to finish if you want it, it's there.

Kevin stressed the safety factor.

So by no means will it be a bunch of testosterone fueled lunatics. Not allowed. I'd prefer they be strict too!

The way I see it. We are creating our own Kart Clinic with the Russell group' guidence......just a ramped up version. With a more capable group to start. Being most could, and/or have proven a knack for driving fast and under control. As opposed to a group who work together and have know idea what the guy from accounting might do when I blow by him on the straights, or take it deep into a turn and close the door.

Like I said, "I have a dream...."
