Do you think I can still request traffic school if I do trial de novo? Or is it too late...

Trial de novo. What are the violations? Considering an attorney?

Default Woh!!! That's exactly what I got written up for.

Why didn't you try for a traffic school hearing first? I am planning on requesting traffic school. Santa Clara County won't let you go to traffic school if you have two violations on one ticket. I am hoping my past clean record will swing things in my favor.

Curious to hear how you plan to procede.
