Default I even bought my 05 S4 at Carlsen, and I don't get decent service.

I get tons of **** if I ask for a loaner (even though that's exactly what I was promised when I bought it)Hope it turns out OK for you.

Default haha, same thing with my friend. he even got it written down

that he would get a courtesy audi loaner each time for service regardless of how small the service was.

reason he got it was he was seriously looking to purchase a lexus and thats what the lexus dealer offers.

needless to say, he isn't too happy to hear what you posted.

Default Nothing right now, but let's say I need my timing belt replaced or O2 sensors.

I guess I should go to a different shop depending on what needs to be done? How's Campbell European Motors? Does Streetwerke do oil changes and maintenance work?

Default TD Performance on Bascom (aka BTM Motorwerks)

I have gone there twice. They mainly specialize in Porsche and BMW..but also are up to speed on Audi.

Default Amazing, how can a business such as this expect to have a future with this attitude. You should

contact a local news station also, they may be willing to run a report on this...
