Default I would have called AoA

When the cat broke off of my turbo with the car at 77k miles, the dealer would not replace it.

I went outside and called AoA, which put me on hold as they called the dealer. Went back in after the call and got it replaced.<ul><li><a href="http://www.epa.gov/oms/consumer/warr95fs.txt">EPA Emissions Warranty</a></li></ul>

Default You can always try us as an alternative to the dealer system. We're in Palo Alto too.

Do you guys do in warranty repair? I'd check you guys out over Carlsen if you do that...

If the car is out of the original factory warranty and has an extended warranty...yes we can.

Default Carlsen sucks, the service manager has his head so far up AOA's *** it's not funny

AOA sucks period and unfortunately there are some good advisors that end up taking the hit.

Seriously, Carlsen SUCKS and as far as I can tell, Every AOA backed dealer in the Bay Area sucks and ya I have proof of attempted fraud (er laziness) from most of them..

They suck suck suck suck suck suck.. Still ranked at the bottom in customer service, and that's not do to the boys and girls on the front line, it's the back office politics and the large amount of lazy incompetent techs that are turning wrenches.

Default Where should I go?

so my question is... where does a new Audi owner take his car for the 4 year "$500" maintenance package or warranty service in the Bay Area?
