Just like Buttonwillow in March, this 2-day driving school/track event will be just as fun and exciting. <a href="http://www.willowspringsraceway.com/" target="_blank">Willow Springs</a> is located approximately 85mi north of the Los Angeles area. If you've never attended an ACNA driving school, this would a good opportunity to learn proper car control as well as the characteristics of your car in a safe environment. Space is still available for both students and instructors. To participate, all that is required is that you be a current ACNA member. Also, you can drive any type of car (doesn't have to be an Audi) you want.

Since this event will be held out in the desert which tends to be hot in July, we have decided to begin the days later. Basically we will start at 9am on Friday and 10am on Saturday, thereby allowing us to run later since it does not get dark early and is much cooler.

this is how the schedule will be for both days:

9am-1pm - 1st half
1pm-3pm - lunch @ the Essex House (10-15 mins from track)
3pm-7pm - 2nd half

by using the later start and an extended lunch, we will be able to avoid the hottest part of the day. also you get to sleep in a little and lunch will be indoors in an air conditioned environment.
