I know Daryl has a friend there and I've been there once. I'm trying to find out if my experience was an exception. They fixed my car, but they messed it up at the same time.

"Daryl"...it's the easiest spelling there is of the name! ;-P
Now, even my friend at the dealer admits that there have been vehicles that have suspiciously been messed up while in for service (i.e. door dings, scratched steering wheels, etc.) When you say "messed up", do you mean cosmetically or mechanically?

cosmetically. Scratched paint... bumper ding w/exhaust burn.... headache.....
fixed the name thing. I knew I wasn't spelling it correctly.... just being lazy. My apologies.

They pack them in big time, like "crawl out of the sunroof" packing. However, they know better w/my car. Sorry "Gym". You'll need to deal with John Ansaldo or Johnny Liu to get it fixed.
