S4 e codes w/ Diadem Bulb and Phillips cool blue?

I'm finally ordering my S4 ecodes from Vag parts in Europe. It comes with Diadem Bulb & Phillips cool blue city lights? Anyone know what color these bulbs are and what color that blink in?

the blinkers look blue - but blink amber...

the city lights are matched to the "blueish" color.

i have stealth auto...

they are just like philips silver visions...

they look clear / silver, but blink amber.

Hey. Didn't I hear they were ticketing folks with e-codes at the Santa Barbara GTG ?

Even folks with clear corners - I read the issue was that they weren't DOT legit.

Any truth ?
