Hector Contreras keeps it top notch. Much different place again since he came back in recent years from where it had gone in some prior years after he left for a period of time.

After using SC for the first 3 yrs of ownership a recurring issue sent me to try Rector
Roger Grey was very helpful, he listened to me explain the problem and what seemed to make it worse. He then realized that we live in the same neighborhood and offered to deliver my car when it was finished, and in the future to pick up my car at my house and leave a loaner for my use. This is a huge convenience for me since I live in San Jose about 10 minutes from SC, and Rector is definitely a lot further away.
And for the record, Rector fixed the problem first try!

I've had good luck with Carlsen. I took it there for all the warranty work...
I have also been very happy with Streetwerke in PA. They will do warranty work, reg maint and mods. 034 Motorsports in Fremont is also very good for mods and maintenance. We are fortunate to have some very good shops in the area.

That's fine Steve. You don't even drive the brand anyway. There are plenty of Audi owners who read
the forums who do like us. Why don't you keep to the BMW forums as that's what you prefer driving now. Your comments reflect your experiences here a long time ago and I don't think you would want me to let everyone know what happened.

I deleted my post...but please dont try to come across with a holier than thou attitude..you guys blacklisted me...clear and simple. Can you email me "what happened"? I am dying to hear this one. BTW, I have Steve Shupe from Audi of America on my side...so by all means...tell me what agregious error I did to Carlsen..and how your dealership has been misinterpreted in this matter.
BTW, I am not going anywhere..I post alot on a BMW forum..but I also like Audis...and will stay and post here as long as I like.
