It is not an FCC violation

FCC controls the broadcast frequencies... the laser is IR, which is not part of the spectrum under their control.

Radar jamming, on the other hand...

Sold the Fliks, got a track car.

My wife's co-worker GAVE me his '96 Integra with 80k miles on it. I gutted it, installed a roll bar, suspension, exhaust, new wheels and tires, I just have to get a new clutch and I'm good to go.
