Default Very Bad Experience at Rector in Burlingame

Took my car in for its scheduled service. I got my car back with huge scratches on the body and the aluminum trim.

I'm really unhappy and wanted to warn people on this forum not to go there or to check your car very closely before and after your service. But I would go to another dealership and save yourself a lot of grief.

I dealt with a guy named George. Seemed nice at first, but wouldn't take responsibility for the damage done to my car.

for things they damage.

bring it up with the owner of rector. iirc, the owner is at the dealership almost daily.

Default Wasn't that "the" dealer to go to for service?

Sorry to hear. I had positive service with George back when he was at Stevens Creek.

This can happen anywhere. Get them to sign off on inspection prior to leaving car.
