Default hmmmm yes this can happen anywhere it's a tough situation

because the exterior damager anyways, could have happened somewhere else....But definitely a good idea to check the car over before and after.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Rector, so I am sorta bummed to hear your experience.

Good luck resolving the issue.

Default Was at Rector today... and very pleased with the service. (Hector was my s.a.)

I am sorry to hear about your experience, and I was definitely tentative after reading your post... but they:

1. Changed my oil and left me a free quart in my trunk.

2. Aligned my wheels and unlike at Royal, when they said they aligned it, it was actually straight afterwards.

3. Fixed a small tear in my leather seat. I didn't even know dealerships offered such service. The repair is high quality... even at my standards there's nothing to complain about.

4. Washed my car - interior and exterior. It was raining when I picked up the car... most dealerships would not wash if there's rain. Also, it made it easier for me to do a walk around inspection AFTER the service... everything was ship-shape.

5. Hector is a nice guy. I'm going back every 5k. Maybe next time I try out Roger as per Joe's constant reminding. LOL

Default They curbed my techno wheels when I had it in for service, and the guy driving cars into their

service driveway is miserable. I finally had to tell him to get out of the car after he stalled it for the third time.

Default yes, i realized that. and you would have thought they'd learn from the numerous cars they have

damaged by hitting the wall.

buddy when a brand new freshly painted s4 bumper took his car in for service.

comes back with huge scrapes on the front right bumper.

george tells him, it was there alreayd.

bs, what a donkey
