Where to get a painted rim touched up in the South Bay?

Where to get a painted rim touched up in the South Bay?
I lightly scratched one of my Titanium package wheel (sniffles). The aluminum is showing through. I'm fairly certain a little light sanding or filing to take out the jaggies and some touch up work will make it far less noticeable. Can anyone refer me to a shop in the Bay (preferebly south) that can do this?
