Default Why are all the loacal dealer parts depts closed on the weekends?
I need to get a coolant resivoir for a 2001 B5 S4. Anyone know where to get one other than a dealer or have a spare?

I'd guess because customer service is not a dealer priority.

I know stevens creek Audi and Sonnen are open on the weekends

Default Stevens creek parts is no longer open on Saturday
Livermore Audi parts dept. is, however. No idea about Sonnen.

Default Finding good help that won't steal you blind and work on weekends is hard - especially at
the limited volume and prices that customers want to pay.

Stevens Creek is Penske now. A lot of people left with the ownership change.
