you could just dremel out the 'nub' if you're in a pinch.
i think napa had them, but no idea where the closest napa is.

2nd. Dremel or chisel it out. The bits are available at Pep Boys, Autozone, Kragen, Sears.

Walmart actually has a pretty decent set of Stanley 3/8 & 1/4 driveTorx bits
