Estoril Blue has a less metallic finish even in the sun... That car has been repainted sometime in its life with the incorrect shade of blue... Also, whoever re-painted it, painted over all the plastic and rubber trim ie. door handles, side rockers, chin and rear spoiler..

Also, no reputable bodyshop that repaints cars to OEM specs would paint over the plastic and rubber trim like that..
