Default Those letters are just spam from lawyers looking for business. >>>

If your not from NJ just pay the ticket as there are no points.

Default speeding is an expensive price to pay

just pay it. don't volunteer that information to your insurer and pray the insurance company doens't randomly pull up your record. otherwise your NYS license will stay clean.

Default I have gotten countless tickets in both NJ and NY since moving to PA >>>

Nothing ever happened with my insurance. I just always payed the tickets immediately.

Also when I lived in NY I got plenty in NJ and PA and still nothing ever happened.

Well As I have said before. If you have a NYS license there is NO reciprocity between NY and any other state IF U PAY THE FINE , except for DUI & DWI. You can go to the NYS DMV website and read it for yourself. :-)

Correct. Just pay the fine. Your insurance will not know unless you tell them because they pull up your NYS Driver Abstract(record) Since you will have no convictions there, it will appear as clean. :-)

Default Actually: DOT in PA does not reciprocate points from 'other' states....

I had some 'issues' and received a ticket in OH while on business. I called the DOT in harrisburg directly and was told this....so nothing to worry about. OTOH, NJ DOES reciprocate, I had a friend get a ticket in N.C. and the points hit his license....at least in Jersey you can take a 'safety' class and wipe the points away, PA does not offer anything like this, it is only over time that they go away.....
