Anybody familiar with "No Turn on Red" sign requirements in NJ? Just got a ticket for turning on red

I think I'll march over to their municipal shack today. According to the MUTCD, the sign they have
would not get approved. It's nowhere near the signal head or signal post, which is what I expect to see.

Actually, I just found the listing on NJDOT's site for No Turn on Red locations
if they list it, I'd assume they approved it. I'm wondering when this listing was published. The signal post looks somewhat new, so maybe there was a sign on the old one. I hate this crap. Fvcking ***** want their money, so I'll just give it to them. I'll go for a no-points careless violation. The points are all I really care about anyway. I don't need to frequent the businesses in this ghetto, I can go up the mountain to the wealthy areas and give them my business.

In my case it was a stop sign..
Late at night I ran it and hit a car.. he gave me the ticket...signed a complaint...I was 17 at the time..1975.
There was a no parking sign on the stop sign and after research in NJ statutes learn its illeagal to do that.. making the sign legally non existant.
Based on the law the judge agreed to my motion to dismiss.... no testimony given by either side.
