Anyone ever get a ticket from Ezpass from a distance time calculation between two tolls?

You actually can get fined for using it in another vehicle.
I borrowed one of my parents over the summer and they got a ticket from the EZ pass being used in my car. I don't know if that is standard procedure, but they got a 25 dollar ticket.

No they can't....
They would have to certify every clock and sensor on each lane. The records and maintanence would be prohibitive. equipment, like radar, and they would not be allowed to asses points, like red light cameras because they can't prove who the driver is.

I would fly from 1 toll to the other, but go through the exact change lane on every other toll.
That way they don't have the "from 1 point to the next point" calculation But the waiting in the exact change lane would probably negate all that 'saved' time by doing 100 MPH!!
