central air too much, only on those really hmuid days of summer, and the HVAC won't be on when at work or when sleeping .. Sooo per month ya think $80-120 or so?.. possibly less? .. Apartment is one half of a floor of a brownstone, from front to back.

Default A/C and gas/electric stoves and dryers can be the big killers, so I'd guess like

65-85 or so.

The washer and dryers are communal, so that should help costs.

Default depends mostly on exposure, what floor you're on (top is usually bad), volume of space and hvac sys

I'm on a mid floor with 14' ceilings with a fairly efficient system: average $140/mo summer, $100/mo winter

Are you pretty frugal about your usage?

Default not really... but im not a waster either.

if im not in a room i shut off the lights, and i rarely ever watch television. so, its a two br apt. and one is my office/storage. i use the dishwasher often, and i have big refrigerator, i leave the computer on 24/7. so im not sure if im a good barometer on what yours will be but hope it gives you some sort of indication.
