this weekend, went in to get my roof molding replaced because the paint was bubbling. The service manager said they didn't want to do it themselves because they didn't want to damage the roof trying to pry off the trim. So they told me to come back later this week and they'll bring the car to a body shop to do the work. I mean, I looked at the Bentley manual and it's 1 screw and 1 nut to remove and then you just lift off the trim piece. How hard is that?!?! Well...at least they said they'll give me a loaner car while the work is being done. =)
