Default I agree, I go thru Penn everyday and couldn't point out a specific must see.
I guess he could just walk a few blocks up and down in the area, decent amount of shopping to be had.

Default No, but he said he had plenty of time, right? It's within a short cab ride or subway.
And it's a great place to go if you've never been there.
