Default AUDI dealer that knows something about "audi exclusive"... in NYC area

gosh, not one dealer has a clue?!?!

i came to my local dealer, wanting to get info on ordering an S8 with audi exclusive trimand custom color. they dont even know what that is.

called another dealership, and it seemed like they didnt even know that Audi makes an S8

good heaven, can someone tell me a NYC dealership where the salesmen know something beyond a base A4 ??

Another example of how selling cars has nothing to do with knowing cars

Default same deal w/ Porsche dealers around the area..

You would think a Porsche dealer would be more knowledgable than your average Joe at a Benz or Bimmer dealer given they're a more enthusiast oriented car.. Nope, when the 08 cayenne came out, I wanted to order a 6-speed manual base model, and 3 dealers denied they even came in a manual. This was despite the fact, I grabbed one of their cayenne brochures and showed them a picture of a 6speed and the specs. They STILL denied they make one claiming it must be some 'Euro' spec brochure mixing up options.

Dealers are tools.. Either, they were playing dumb, didn't want to order one for me, for fear I might back out and get my deposit back getting them stuck with an unpopular car they'll have to sell at a loss, or they're truly that ignorant... I dunno which..
