I purchased my A4 from New Country in Greenwich CT. At time of delivery, they refused to give me the bill of sale, and complete the pre-delivery inspection & record it in maint/warranty book. When I questioned them, they said there printer was down & they would send it to me. They never did, and the monthly payments Audi financial is charging me is different than what I agreed to. Since they never issued a bill of sale, what are my rights with Audi financial?

...Audi Financial directly, or the dealer.
I would start by calling Audi customer relations, and getting a case started. they'll give you a case # for the record.
1-800-822-2834 for a customer care advocate.

Bought a used X5 a couple years ago from Greenwich BMW, with a special promotional 2.9 % financing deal going on... The dealer wouldn't honor it, and to add insult to injury, I negotiated a 5.9% finance rate, and when I went to pick up my car, they said they changed it to 6.9% and made me sign all these stupid papers saying I won't mod my car etc..
Greenwich Mercedes is just as bad... Friend bought an E-class from there, and says when he takes his car in for service, they only have 2-3 C-class loaners in their entire fleet with huge Greenwich Mercedes stickers on the windshield, when in reality most customers get toyota corollas from the rental agency across the street..

Audi customer care is a big joke. Called them, they called dealer, and got back to me stating that if dealer doesn't want to release it they cannot do anything. My next step is Audi corporate, as I think customer "advocates", are not directly part of Audi nor do they have any knowledge.

and do you have any paperwork at all? A Ford dealer tried to pull the crap with me once and I thod them I'd be retunring the car. (actually I told them to come pick up their car). It got worked out after that
Any dispute owould heve to be done thru Audi Financial or the dealer.
Every lease I'v ever done there is hard copy signed by me. One side has to be able to produce that agreement otherwise there is no contact.
