Default A gate blocking the entrance along with a fence surrounding the perimeter couldn't fix that?

Default i think it happened at their old Bell service area (which was about 5-10mins away from the dealer)

and the used cars they left in front of the service area weren't gated.

Exactly. I want to browse cars without salesmen bothering me.

Default Then they should put up a gate with a sign saying: "Please visit during normal working hours"

I completely understand but when I was screamed at over the loudspeaker, I left pissed off and went to look at the M3's across the street at the BMW dealer. Doesn't say much for Audi customer service. As much as I want a new Audi, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Default I would write them a letter and...

..tell them you won't be buying from them.

Tell them that other car dealerships don't mind the after-hours browsing and you'd prefer to give them your business.

If they have a security guard, it's very unlikely that someone is going to steal a car right in front of their eyes. So I don't see the problem. Yes, technically it is trespassing. But any dealership would be stupid to prosecute potential customers.

Yup, it's probably cheaper than hiring a live person to sit on his ***.
