This is true though... a sign or closed gate would make sense.

Default are you saying a letter describing a bad experience

and potential bad word of mouth is not effective?

wrong....

The trick with a letter/email is getting it to the RIGHT party. Get it to the person that would react to it properly and its always a winner.

I dont know of ANY owner of ANY business that wont kick *** and resolve a true issue based on a letter.

Whether or not this was handled improperly by Bell I cant say... I wasnt there.

Default is there a gate? a sign?

I dont think a trespassing charge would stick if someone was browsing an open lot with no signage.

If you are asked to leave and you dont... well thats a different story.

Default They don't care...

If you bitch to the dealer, they just won't send you one of those surveys cause they know you are unhappy.. If you escalate it to AoA for example, they'll just reply back saying your problem should be addressed to the dealer you are having problems with.

However, if you give them bad ratings on a customer satisfaction survey.. They WILL most likely contact you, or black list you and don't take service appointments from you anymore...

Trust me.. I been down this route before with Audi and other brands like BMW... They don't care..

Default yea, but maybe the owners are not aware...

the guard is scaring off people. Plus, if they're smart, they'll realize that for every letter sent in there are about 30 other people pissed off who don't write a letter.

It takes 3 seconds to write and a 39 cent stamp...no big deal IMO.

Default I'm sure the owners would be happy to know the guard is doing his job..

..and not sleeping in one of the cars on the back lot.
