Default Best Audi Dealer for Service north of Exit 102 on the GSP? Suggestions?

I'm looking into another dealer to get my car serviced. I dirve up to my other office at exit 163 on the GSP once a week so I can pretty much hit any dealer on the way.

Any suggestions?

My current dealer is on the down slide as far as service goes, bummer.

Thanks, Keith.

Service and Audi dealers don't go together... but I've had a decent experience at Fairfield Audi...

Default can't imagine you'd want to go into nyc, but i gotta admit i've been impressed with manhattan audi

they are owned by audi directly (or so they say) and perhaps that helps

my experiences are very limited so take that with a grain of salt - my RS4 only has 500 miles on it - but when i had a tire blow in a pot hole, they were remarkably nice to me and went far beyond what i'd expect (esp from audi) - that being said

the rs4 is a 75k car - and they know that too...not sure if that factors into how nice they are to me

Default Unless Manhattan Audi (aka Zumbach) has changed their ways, stay clear, goto Riverside

Speak to Brian (and only Brian) at Riverside Audi service. If you need parts, contact Carson at Riverside Audi (discount for AW members)

I believe Open Road now owns Manhattan Audi -- they are a dealer network (I know they own a Acura dealership in Wayne). I am not certain though.

Did you experience mysterious dinging there also? They got me twice (once on each car) and the third time they tried it I lost my cool (I came already suspicious) and they "fixed" it for free. I've wondered how many people were scammed by this at $250 a pop for paintless dent removal.
