driving home last night after superbowl and after driving for about 5 minutes I went to switch to 3rd gear and it wouldnt go in. I started to pull over and then using a lot of force i got it into 3rd gear. I continued home in 3rd holding up traffic until a traffic light made me stop. I couldnt get in any gear. I turned it off and it would go into gear with the car off. I started off in 2nd and then managed to get into 3rd and made it home in 3rd. It goes into gear with the car off but cant get any gear while its running. Thinking maybe pressure plate (hopefully not) or master cylinder. Anyone?

and this was the fix as well... on absolutely obnoxiously cold days... the shifter would stick and not go into first. i would have to go into second first, then neutral and it would go into first after.

i never bothered finding a real fix.
