I'll start by saying I'm a notoriously difficult customer, especially for service. For this reason, I used to take my Callaway Range Rover 26 miles to LR Paramus rather than 2 miles away to LR Larchmont. And if anything, with age I've gotten tougher. That said, I've been really, really pleased with the sales AND service I'm getting on my S6 and S4 from Classic Audi. I was very leery, given the fairly consistent negatives read hear and elsewhere but my experiences have been as good as it gets. From the scheduling, to the attentiveness of the service writer (Joe Sackson) and the tech who works on my cars (Alfonso) there hasn't been anything I could complain about. If there's a loaner down at the shop, I get one, and if not, my salesman (Dennis Fitzgerald) arranges for me to have one from the dealership while the car(s) are in the shop. And they pick-up and drop-off for me from the house or showroom so I don't need to trek down to Mount Vernon. It's been completely hassle-free and no aggravation getting warranty work approved/covered. Why I used to drag out to a dealer in NJ escapes me.

They tried to do that to me after they screwed up my service so bad. It was the only thing they put on right for the whole horrible service experience.


Glad you have been more lucky with them because you don't want to know what its like for it to go all wrong with them.


They are on my 'dead to me' list forever.

maybe it's like vegas - I'm on a streak that no doubt will end. But for now I'm very happy with the hand I'm being dealt.
