and what were you driving? I hope you all had fun! I'll say this in hopes of no retalliation or hostility, our group crapped all over the other groups =)

i think having smaller groups would help avoid the need to pull over to wait for everyone. this, however, would require more leaders that know the routes.
the way you designated middle and rear leaders was a good idea. i think this helped prevent members from getting lost or left behind. i believe that this was the reason why Phil got lost.
