Default + dealer experience - Jack Daniels Motors (Frank Gebbia)

If anyone is shopping for a certified pre-owned Audi, I strongly recommend talking to Frank Gebbia at Jack Daniels Motors in Fairlawn, NJ. Frank went out of his way to find me the exact car that I was looking for, and his price could not be beat. Unlike the snooty "brand managers" at another Audi dealer in an affluent part of NJ that acted like they were doing me a favor, Frank was a pleasure to deal with.

Frank? .. You mean the DeNiro act-alike/slight look-alike?

They get a terrible rating on http://1.8t.org/dealers/. Have not heard anything good about them.

Default I used to think that but then realized that I gave them too much leeway. I was too understanding.

Nothing was a big deal because I am a mellow person, but I realized I deserved better than that. I used to have an Infiniti from Ray Catena and WOW was their service the most honest, friendly, helpful, and forgiving I have ever experienced. I relate going to Ray Catena for service to going to Disneyworld. Jack Daniels Sucks, Princeton sucks, there is no better word. They just suck at what they do. Losers. =]
