Default Storm's is a hike. I will tell you I have had quite a few experiences with Huntington and they have

all been positive. Then again I would say the same thing about Anchor. I find if you express your expectations before you leave your car you set the framework for how you will be treated. I also find that respect gets respect.

Default i treat all car dealership personnel with respect..

and i've always gotten respect from other dealerships i've visited around long island (porsche, bmw, mercedes, etc...)

it just seems that the Audi ones have something stuck up their ****...maybe because they see i'm already into Audis....so they think 'meh...we don't need to treat him that well'...i'm not sure.

but LI Audi dealerships have alot to learn..i'm thinking Huntington might be better....although i rarely go to dealers anymore for anything.

Default Just a real BAD ATTITUDE from a BAD dealer....

..the issue with the additional mileage...test drives?? not 700 miles worth..someone at the dealership was using that as their "daily driver".

...the response from Mark about the temp plate and the stone chip, unexcusable. They made the sale, done deal, and don't give a crap about you afterward...BAD BUSINESS.

Lesson for others...always try and have someone check out a car for you in person if you are not able to..bottom line..salesmen will lie, and it's your responsibility to discover for yourself any issues.

Default maybe i was lucky

i've been pretty happy overall with my A5 S-Line purchase and experience from Anchor Audi.

Mark actually was the one i worked with, and has been very helpful. That being said i had previously had horrible experiences at Beiner, they suck monkey taint.
