Does anyone else think this wheel is damaged?

Bought this USDM RS4 wheel from someone on the 'zine (I know, I know) since the wheel on my S4 is a bit worn. It was billed as coming off a salvage, but having "normal wear".
Take a look at the pics and tell me if you think this wheel was front and center for an accident or bent during shipping.
Note massive gap between buttons and hub on the left side and that the top of the wheel is obviously bent down/forward. Button frame on the left is also loose. Please don't tell me Audi manufactures these this way.

http://s389.photobucket.com/albums/oo337/atbroome/wheel/</a

It may mount up to a car just fine, but that's not the point, so don't entertain this idiot. Have someone here snap a picture of an identical wheel from the side, which will illustrate how it *should* look.
