Anyone had any experience with the Service Department? Overheated Xmas day in route to relatives and they were the closest dealer. They are replacing the water pump and thermostat on my A8 but they appeared to be more of a VW dealership - Thanks

They are very much an Audi dealership as well. The work should be fine but expensive!

Thanks - $82 per hour for labor. Extended warranty picking up everything except thermostat, deductible and will only pay a certain amount for coolant. The Audi coolant is more expensive than regular anti-freeze.

for the 92k service (i think). seemed reasonably competent, but i wasn't blown away.
