Well, I finally brought my A4 in for its 40k service and some repair work
- Malfuncting gas gauge
- Broke glove box
- Broke window regulator
- Mushy brakes
I am happy to report that they actually fixed everything! I swear, this is the first time any Audi dealership has ever done everything I asked for.. They usually give me a song and a dance about not finding the problem or everything being within specs but fairfield didn't fail me.. Fairfield actually fixed 2 things that New Country said were okay.. Of the 4 dealerships that Ive taken my car to, fairfield is the only one I enjoy going to..
Its this kind of experience that makes me want to buy another Audi..

I haven't had many issues but I've been there a few times and I've always thought that they were fair. That's pretty good for a dealer!

I recommend them and would use if I lived closer. I grew up in Fairfield and still go back to visit family.

there and they have repeatidly been good with service.. I did have an incident with tools being left in my car and the rear tail light not being completely pushed in.. I don't know what happened, maybe someone assumed the car was done when it wasn't and released it.. Well, when I got to work with the tail light not fully in and tools in the trunk I called them, and within 2hrs someone showed up at my office (40miles away) to dropoff a loaner and pickup my car.. the next day, they dropped off my car and picked up the loaner.. While it was a clear mistake on their part, I appreciated their speedy response and lack of disturbance to my life..
