Had the bad luck of getting rear-ended in December, causing some damage to my rear bumper.
Ended up going to Foreign Specialties in Manville, NJ based on some recommendations from the board (and since they are an official Audi Certified Body Shop).
My experience with them was great. Other shops have their strengths but this is the first body shop I've come across in the area that
1) does very high quality work
2) can get you in pretty soon (some shops have no appointments for weeks or months)
3) has reasonable prices/costs.
I was able to get my bumper and lower valence replaced for the amount of the insurance estimate, within 2 weeks (and most of that was getting the insurance estimate complete and waiting for a part to come from Germany, and it looks perfect.
So I highly recommend this place.
