They did by spray painting the front and both fenders right over the factory paint!!! It started to delaminate in about 2 months. Also the CPO inspection was falsified. 33 areas on the four page inspection were checked off as if inspected. None of these areas applied to a TT. Such as the electric locks on the back doors, the third seat (in an Avant Wagon), the sunroof (mine doesn't have one) and 30 other areas.

they really pissed me off. I had my car towed with wheel damage and some suspension damage in the front, and they gave me the most attitude and disrespect. They treated me like a child and didnt even take anything I said serious when I asked for status on my car or told them what needs to be done. They assumed just because i was 16 years old it wasnt my car. Im not a spoiled brat, it just makes me mad when Im trying to get my car done properly and they ignore me. Town motors was more than glad to send a flatbed over and take the car from them.

I have been in the new service dept. it looks great, has plenty of space, etc,,, and the old one was cramped, but thats not so important. The important thing is that when ever I did go there, the car was fixed right the first time, and except for the first coil failure, always done on time.

Been there twice, first time turbo replacement oil change, no cost, Very nice to me (i'm 25 but look stupid young). Second time was to ask about an exhaust rattle, ther service advisor cut me of, you have a 1.8t A4? he knew what the issue was even before i finished my sentance, came out side, took off the extra mount (claimed they see this all the time, audi just put to many mounts on the exhaust, which seems true by looking they are every 6" it seems, that the exhaust needs to move alittle and that's the one that always breaks). Shook hands and drove off. Oh the first time i was there they were also very apologetic about not letting me take my car, that the turbo needed to be replaced right away (I had just got the car 2k miles before).
